[1] Restrictions imposed on the following transactions: cash withdrawal, cash crediting via payment terminals and non-cash transfer, card-to-card transfers, utilities payments, electronic wallets loading, betting/gambling transactions, as well as payment for financial services (including loan repayment, deposit replenishment, etc.)

[2]Fees include VAT.

[3] The fee will be charged also for SMS notification on declined transactions irrespective of the transaction amount.

[4] Will be charged only in cases when it was identified that the appealed transaction was executed by the customer or the transaction was made possible due to a breach of card rules by the customer.
