Our shareholders are:
- Citizen of the Republic of Armenia Mareta Gevorkyan solely owns 100% of our ordinary shares and 100% of our preferred shares placed in 2016 and 99.9% of our preferred shares placed in 2020 and 100% of our preferred shares placed in 2022.
- Note – the Bank does not have any indirect significant participants.

- Each shareholder of ''Evocabank'' CJSC, pursuant to part 4, article 43 of RA law On Banks and Banking, is entitled to obtain copies of our latest annual report and external auditors' opinion.
- Each shareholder possessing 2% and more of placed voting shares of ''Evocabank'' CJSC, is entitled to receive information stipulated in part 4 and 5 of article 43 of RA law On Banks and Banking.

Information on Changes in Our Charter Capital
- In 2011, the Bank’s charter capital was replenished by AMD 7.2 bn totaling AMD 14.4 bn.
- According to the extraordinary meeting of our participants dated 08.07.2016, the Bank was reorganized into a closed joint-stock company. The replenished charter capital of AMD 14 bn 400 mln was divided into 144,000 ordinary shares of AMD 100,000 par value.
- In 2016, the Bank’s charter capital was replenished by AMD 3 bn 550 mln, totaling AMD 17 bn 950 mln. We placed 35,500 preferred shares of AMD 100,000 par value.
- In 2020, the Bank’s charter capital was replenished by AMD 2 bn 50 mln, totaling AMD 20 bn. We placed 14,500 preferred shares of AMD 100,000 par value.
- In 2020, Mareta Gevorkyan – a citizen of the Republic of Armenia became our direct significant shareholder.
- In 2022, the charter capital of the Bank was replenished by AMD 3 bn by Mareta Gevorkyan – a citizen of the Republic of Armenia, and totaled AMD 23 bn including in 12.03.2022 we placed 7,500 preferred shares with the nominal value of AMD 100,000.
Information on Distribution of Dividends
- 2003 - 2006 - No dividends were paid out to our participants: the actual net profit was directed to the replenishment of our charter capital or left at our disposal as retained earnings.
- 2006 - Based on the Bank's 9-month performance, interim dividends at AMD 80 mln. were paid out to our participants.
- 2007 - Based on 9-month performance, interim dividends at AMD 55 mln. were paid out to our participants.
- 2008 - Pursuant to the decision of the General Meeting, the actual net profit was left at our disposal as retained earnings.
- 2009 - Pursuant to the decision of the General Meeting, AMD 70 mln. out of the actual net profit was paid out to our participants, and the rest of the net profit was placed at our disposal as retained earnings.
- 2010-2012 - pursuant to the decision of the General Meeting, the actual net profit was placed at our disposal as retained earnings.
- 2013 - AMD 895 mln. out of the actual net profit was paid out to our participants, while the rest portion was left at our disposal as retained earnings.
- 2014 - Pursuant to the decision of the General Meeting, the actual net profit was placed at our disposal as retained earnings.
- 2015 - Pursuant to the decision of the General Meeting, the actual net profit was placed at our disposal as retained earnings.
- 2016 - Pursuant to the decision of the General Meeting, the actual net profit was placed at our disposal as retained earnings.
- 2017 - AMD 78 mln. out of the actual net profit was paid out to our participants, while the rest portion was left at our disposal as retained earnings.
- 2018 - AMD 426 mln. out of the actual net profit was paid out to our participants, while the rest portion was left at our disposal as retained earnings.
- 2019 - AMD 426 mln. out of the actual net profit was paid out to our participants, while the rest portion was left at our disposal as retained earnings.
- 2020 - AMD 426 mln. out of the actual net profit was paid out to our participants, while the rest portion was left at our disposal as retained earnings.
- 2021 - AMD 482 mln. out of the actual net profit was paid out to our participants, while the rest portion was left at our disposal as retained earnings.
