  Your purchases are protected. We will take care of the safety of your items.

  Purchase security program is the protection of your items in case of possible loss, theft or accidental damage within 90 days from the date of purchase.

  To receive compensation for damaged or lost purchases:

  • Payment must be made 100% by Visa Infinite card (not cash or credit), and the minimum purchase price must be at least $100.
  • You must submit a purchase receipt, bank account statement, warranty card, store warranty waiver, and receipts if repairs were paid for.
  • In case of a theft, a police report is required.
