Individual interviews will be conducted with short-listed candidates, which will result in final selection of the program participants.

Program details:

EvocaBRIDGE will be implemented in 3 stages.
Stage 1:During the theoretical training, participants will meet with the heads of a number of departments of the Bank, receive in-depth knowledge of banking products, services and some of the business processes.
Stage 2:As part of practical training, participants will have the opportunity to apply theoretical and practical knowledge in a practical banking environment. At this stage, participants will be also involved in the exciting process of developing and presenting projects.
Stage 3:After completing the theoretical and practical stages, the final projects will be tested and defended. Participants having the best results will receive a job offer from EvocaBank and start a professional career.
