Card to card transfer through ATM or arca.am website is done immediately, but the amount is reflected on the card account on the next working day. In case of making transfer during the working hours through EvocaTOUCH application from one card account to another card account of Evocabank, the amount becomes available on the card balance within 1 hour and during non-working hours on the next working day.
In case if you want the amount transferred to the card account be activated on the card immediately, you can transfer the amount from the settlement account.

If the online purchase is cancelled, the amount will be returned back to the card within 20 working days. The term is conditioned by the fact that the transaction is international.

You can change the PIN code of the card through Evocabank ATMs. You need to enter the active PIN, select the Additional button and make the required changes.
