Hiring Process
When applying for a job at Evoca the candidate experience starts with the application process. It is done either by filling in the below-mentioned application form or by sending the CV/Resume to [email protected] address.
If you are selected to advance in the process, Evoca recruiter will get in touch with you. Typically Evoca uses a three-stage interview process.
The first stage is a phone interview. At this stage you will learn more about the role you have applied for and what it’s like to work at Evoca. Also there will be questions about your background knowledge and work experience.
The second stage is an in-person interview with Evoca recruiter and hiring manager. This interview aims to evaluate your interest and ability to do day-to-day work of the role we’re hiring for.
The third stage is an interview with potential teammates, managers and other people you may work with.
After the testing and all the meetings the feedback on your interview performance is gathered to assess whether you will be successful in the role.
Evocabank conducts the background check on all applicants after making a conditional offer of employment. Pre-employment background screening contains four types of checks: criminal history, education verification, employment verification and reference checks. If there are no concerns, the hiring moves forward as planned.
After successful background screening results you will hear from your recruiter again: a written job offer is made. When accepting the offer, we’ll have a quick paperwork and finalize the dates. Welcome to Evocabank!
