Mortgage Loans under the National Mortgage Company program

- Application for a loan
- passport or identity card, as well as a social card or a certificate of absence of a social card (in this case, a social card and a certificate of absence of a social card are not required upon presentation of an identity card),
- marriage certificate (if any),
- birth certificate of minor children (if any),
- certificate from the place of work on the amount of salary, the validity of which should not exceed 30 calendar days from the date of submission to the Bank,
- statement from the personal account
- If the client is an individual entrepreneur:
- Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN)
- Registration Certificate,
- Charter (if any) Documents for permission to engage in this type of activity, if, in accordance with the law, this activity requires special permission from the relevant authorities.
- Financial and tax reporting for the last year, approved by the tax authorities,
- Income and expense reports for the last 6 months (if any)
- appraisal report of the property being purchased,
- certificate of title to the property being sold,
- reason for purchasing the property for sale,
- passports of the property owners,
- information about the guarantor(s) (upon request),
- Other documents may be required if necessary.
