New Format of Cooperation between Evoca, ASUE and UFAR
The new cooperation format will enhance students' professional education by providing real-life experience and practical knowledge.
20.01.2025Prioritizing the role of education in shaping an advanced and developing society, Evocabank signed memorandums of cooperation with ASUE (Armenian State University of Economics) and UFAR (French University in Armenia), seeking to breathe new life into and provide a new format to long-term cooperation which is beneficial for all the parties.
New Format of Cooperation
The new format of cooperation will contribute to enhancement of professional education of students by applying what they have learned in a real-life setting. University students will have the opportunity to undergo bank training, using learned knowledge in real-world situations as well as improving their soft skills. Upon completion of educational programs, the students with the highest scores will be offered a jobs and will be able to start their careers at one of the fastest-growing banks in Armenia.
Besides, as part of the cooperation, the Evocabank team will also support the academic development of students by offering specialized courses, conferences, and open classes, sharing their extensive experience in this field. Topics will include various aspects of digital banking, innovation, and career development, helping students understand the theory and apply it in practice.
Tatevik Vardanyan, Head of HRM at Evocabank, said: “We are confident that this cooperation will open up new horizons for students and give us the opportunity to contribute to their professional growth. Such initiatives will be an ongoing action plan since education is a key value for Evocabank.”
