Annual interest rates on mortgage loans under the National Mortgage Company program are:
- 10.3% - for purchase or development of real estate*,
- 11.8% - for renovation**.
Nominal annual interest rates on Energy efficient mortgage loans under National Mortgage Company phase 4 program, are:
- 9.3% - for purchase or development of real estate**,
- 10.8% -for renovation***.
The maximum repayment period for both programs is 20 years.
Loans are available from our Head Office or branches (except for Erebuni branch).
