[1] Restrictions imposed on the following transactions: cash withdrawal, cash crediting via payment terminals and non-cash transfer, card-to-card transfers, utilities payments, electronic wallets loading, betting/gambling transactions, as well as payment for financial services (including loan repayment, deposit replenishment, etc.)
