What will you be doing?

• conduct market research, competitive analysis and study global Fintech innovation trends;
• proactively search for new innovative ideas and business opportunities;
• test new ideas or concepts before they are implemented in the marketplace; ensure timely and successful commercialization of approved initiatives;
• work closely with business and product teams to continuously inject innovations in the processes and products of the Bank;
• estimate budgets for new innovative projects and initiatives;
• engage with internal and external stakeholders to enhance innovative thinking around the Bank;
• perform other duties as directed by the supervisor.

What skills are we looking for?

• university degree in business management, engineering, finance or related fields;
• work experience in Fintech or IT company is a plus;
• experience in innovation management;
• knowledge of world news, recent trends, new technologies and consumer behavior;
• a solid understanding of innovation and how it should be applied in business;
• advanced research skills,
• ability to manage multiple and diverse projects at once;
• proven ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders (internal and external);
• excellent command of English and Russian.
