What will you be doing?

• verify the accuracy and legitimacy of the documents supporting the rights to the pledged property, as well as prepare relevant opinions;
• develop contract template to be used in the Bank, revise the terms and conditions of Bank services (offers, comprehensible banking services), regularly revise application-agreements and make relevant amendments to reflect the legislative changes;
• develop loan agreement templates;
• prepare, check and verify the agreements signed between the Bank and its counteragents;
• develop powers of attorney for persons authorized to act on behalf of the Bank, verify their validity and if necessary, extend these contracts;
• duly make amendments to the Bank charter, collect and submit to the CBA all necessary documents for registration of the new version of the Bank charter;
• collect and submit to the CBA the set of documents for pre-approval of service delegation;
• answer customer requests for explanations or contract provision changes.

What skills are we looking for?

• university degree in law;
• at least 3 years of work experience in legal matters or contract management, of which one year in banking sector;
• knowledge of RA Civil Code;
• good knowledge of CBA regulations;
• general knowledge of financial services legislation;
• ability to prioritize tasks and be successful in a fast-changing environment;
• advanced organizational and leadership skills;
• ability to take initiatives and strong sense of responsibility;
• good command of Russian and English languages.
