Digital Development Specialist

Evoca is looking for a Digital Development Specialist who will take part in development of new/upgraded product, as well as set the product business goals.

What will you be doing?

• develop digital products in alignment with the Bank's digital strategy;
• design and implement QR systems;
• implement digital product integrations;
• submit recommendations targeted at introduction of new banking productions or upgrading existing ones;
• develop the product roadmap;
• assess the product profitability;
• sign agreements/contracts based on business arrangements with partner financial institutions;
• review, plan and develop digital products.

What skills are we looking for?

• university degree in finance, economics or other related fields;
• at least three years of work experience in development of banking or financial products;
• PMP, Product Owner or Scrum Master certification will be a plus;
• experience in planning Product Roadmap;
• experience in creation, development, assessment of product-related income and pricing;
• knowledge of RA banking legislation, banking services will be considered an advantage;
• ability to prioritize tasks and be successful in a fast-paced environment;
• advanced organizational and leadership skills;
• ability to take initiatives and strong sense of responsibility;
• excellent command of Russian and English languages.
