Role description:

Evoca is looking for a Head of Branch Network who will be responsible for overseeing the performance, strategy, and operational effectiveness of the branch network; and will enable the Company to deliver financial services that best meet customer needs and ensure their satisfaction.

What will you be doing?

  • develop and execute strategies to optimize branch performance, growth, and customer service;
  • implement and enforce operational policies and procedures across the branch network;
  • oversee the daily operations of all branches, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery:
  • track key performance indicators (KPIs) for branch performance;
  • analyze branch performance data and implement improvements to achieve business goals;
  • ensure branches deliver exceptional customer service and address any issues or concerns promptly:
  • develop and implement customer service initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners;
  • represent the branch network in internal and external meetings and forums:
  • manage and mentor branch managers and staff, fostering a high-performance culture;
  • provide regular reports on branch performance, and issues to senior management;
  • develop and present strategic recommendations based on branch performance analysis.

What skills are we looking for?

  • bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree or MBA can be advantageous);
  • at least 3 years of experience in a leadership position managing multiple branches or locations;
  • experience in overseeing branch operations, developing and implementing operational strategies, and managing branch performance;
  • in-depth knowledge of branch operations, including process optimization and best practices;
  • strong understanding of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis;
  • strong problem-solving skills to address operational challenges and implement effective solutions;
  • advanced leadership skills with the ability to manage, mentor, and motivate branch managers and staff;
  • ability to monitor financial performance, and ensure profitability;
  • commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and addressing customer needs effectively;
  • ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and other key stakeholders;
  • ability to navigate and lead through change and adapt to evolving business environments;
  • commitment to ongoing professional development and learning;
  • excellent command of Russian and English.
