What will you be doing?

• develop and execute Company's digital transformation strategy;
• collaborate with senior management to align digital initiatives with business goals;
• identify opportunities for digital innovation and ensure they are integrated into the overall business strategy;
• develop and manage the digitalization department budget;
• ensure the integration of existing systems with new digital solutions;
• develop new innovative partnerships and collaborations with different leading companies;
• identify and develop new Fintech solutions, explore alternative experimental financial technologies and develop products;
• evaluate and select appropriate vendors and service providers for digital projects;
• analyze current business processes and identify areas for digital improvement;
• lead and inspire the digitalization team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement;
• drive organizational change by promoting digital adoption and fostering a digital-first mindset;
• perform other duties as directed by the supervisor.

What skills are we looking for?

• university degree in business management, engineering, computer science, finance or related fields, MBA is preferred;
• at least 5 years of proven experience in leading digital transformation initiatives within a similar role at a Fintech or IT company;
• experience with agile methodologies and digital project management;
• in-depth knowledge of global and local digital trends, technologies, and best practices;
• well-established relationships and network within the business and Fintech community;
• strong initiative, leadership and project management skills
• excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities;
• analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision making;
• proficiency in change management principles and practices;
• ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment;
• strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills;
• excellent command of English and Russian.
