SME Lending Chief Specialist

Role description:

SME Chief Specialist will be responsible for driving the development, management, and support of SME clients by delivering tailored financial solutions and advisory services․

What will you be doing?

• attract SME customers and make active sales;
• consult regarding the lending processes;
• receive and analyze loan applications;
• create credit files, present to credit committee and manage the granting process;
• maintain current loan portfolio;
• collaborate with external partners;
• prepare and present relevant reports;
• track customers' payments.

What skills are we looking for?

• university degree in economics or finance;
• at least 3 years' professional experience as a SME lending specialist;
• excellent command of Armenian banking legislation and lending procedures;
• good knowledge of MS Office and AS-Bank 4.0 software program;
• outstanding customer communication and acquisition skills, as well as advanced skills of sales plan implementation;
• negotiation and conflict management skills;
• strong analytical mind;
• good knowledge of Russian and English languages.
